Commissions

Prices
My Prices are as follows:Logo Design: $60
Commercial Use Fee: Negotiable. Min $100
Layout Design: $35-60
All of these prices are subject to change based on the complexity of the project. Prices may also raise according to demand.

Addendum: Any references to "The project," or "The work," refers solely to commissions recieved under MofuComi. Any references to "I," or "me," refers to the owner of MofuComi.
I: Payment
• Payment is to be provided via Paypal. All currencies are accepted.
• Commissions must be paid in full up front. Payment plans will not be discussed.
• If purchasing for a commercial project, please refer to section II(a).
II: Usage
• The client is allowed to use the project in any form of expression that they wish, which includes, but is not limited to: Virtual Youtuber endeavors, advertising non-commercially, backgrounds, site decoration, etc. (ADD MORE.)
• The client is not allowed to edit or modify the completed design without permission.
• The client may not claim the work as their own.
• The work must not be traced, recolored, or copied.
• Credit is required during use. (In description, alt text, separate caption, etc.)
II(a): Commercial Usage
Commercial usage is defined as: The act of using a product or service for financial gain, which includes, but is not limited to: merchandise, tools for marketing, (ADD MORE).
• The client must pay a variable discussed payment for commercial usage.
• If paid, the client is allowed to use the design commercially, for any and all uses. Credit is required when possible. "Not possible" situations include examples such as physical signs, where credit would be difficult to implement.
• If paid, the client is allowed to edit or modify the completed design.
• All rights to the work remain to the creator (MofuComi).
III: Process
• The client must be 18 years of age or older to commission a design. If the client is found to be underage, a refund will be issued.
• Instant payment methods are required. (Paypal)
• Paypal is the only method of payment.
• Cryptocurrency is not accepted as payment.
• I will invoice you for payment, and I do not accept directly sending me money.
• The invoice must be paid in full within 24 hours, or the invoice and the commission will be cancelled.
• I may cancel a commission at any point, with or without reason, and a full refund will be issued.
• Upon completion, the client will recieve a digital product delivered in PSD and SVG file formats. The client agrees not to post the full-resolution product or project files publicly online.
• Two work-in-progress pieces will be sent to the client during the commission process. The first one will be to confirm the typography and general shape of the design, and the second will be to confirm the final design, alongside coloration. Multiple work-in-progresses may be sent to the client depending on the needs.
IV: Refunds
• The client may request a refund at any point during the process before the acceptance of the final design and colors.
• No refunds will be given for a completed piece.
• I will only refund 50% of the total commission price if a refund is requested during the coloring/final design stage.
• I will only issue a full refund before I have begun work on the design.
• I may cancel a commission at any point, with or without reason, and a full refund will be issued.
• Refunds will be issued exclusively by me. I do not allow chargebacks or disputes.
V: General
• You may not claim any of my work as your own. I will always retain the rights to my work. You must credit me unless a commercial license is purchased.
• Please allow for up to four weeks for the commission to be completed. It is rare a commission will take so long, and if it does, the client will be informed of extended work time.
• The time it takes for a commission to be completed may vary greatly depending on the design elements.
• Give me 24-48 hours to reply to any message, specifically emails. I am not always available.
• I will not provide work to hate groups or provide services to discriminatory individuals.
• I have the right to refuse service to any client for any reason.
